Terms Of Services

  • I will only start working on a commission when initial payment is received. Design process will be start after full or minimum 50% of the price.

  • Client may ask for work-in-progress update at any given time while I am working on the commission.

  • Client must specify the content of their Commission to the best of their ability prior to a Commission Agreement.

  • Refunds are only permitted if the commission has not been started. In the case that I must cancel the commission, client will be given a full refund.

  • All payments will be made via PayPal invoice in USD unless we agree on a different means of payment.

  • Client must not edit, trace, distribute, modify, make merchandise, or claim/credit the commissioned artwork as their own.

  • Digital art Commissions will be provided to the Client via email or an online download location in mp4, webm or .png format; this does not include the Commission native files (e.g., .psd, .svg, etc.), unless agreed upon in the Commission Agreement.

  • Turnaround time 3 - 4 weeks to finish your commission after I started working on it (exclude revision time) and depends on the package you choose. Please keep that in mind regarding your deadlines.

  • I have the rights to post the commission result as my sample, you can let me know if you want me to post it after a certain date (e.g. Debut date).
